With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.

Unit can be powered by AC adapter or 4 Alkaline "D" Cells (not included).
Note : Due to a product design improvement, the rough wall opening was changed as of February 2023.
A retro-fit kit (29744-135) is available which allows the installation of the new (smaller) unit into the larger wall opening that was required for units made prior to February 2023.
