The SG-108 1" shower valve is a ball valve designed for emergency safety showers. The SG-145 1/2" eye wash valve is a chrome-plated steel or all-stainless steel ball valve, specifically calibrated for emergency eye wash equipment. With a total length of 68 mm, it features 1/2" female threaded connections. This model integrates a water flow regulator adjusted to 22 l/min and is ideally used at a recommended pressure of 2 bars (with an operating range from a minimum of 1.5 bars up to a maximum of 8 bars).

The 304 stainless steel shower head (Ref. SG-100SS) is designed to deliver a wide, aerated water flow perfectly compliant with current safety standards. Thanks to its double-cone distribution design, it prevents water flow restriction caused by limescale buildup, thereby guaranteeing constant efficiency in case of an emergency. With a diameter of 26 cm, it features a standard 1" female connection (adapters provided for older 1"1/4 models, please contact us).

Its high-visibility yellow color (RAL 1016) ensures immediate identification in the event of an emergency.
The pair of stainless steel aerators (Ref. SG-135TI) is the essential accessory for equipping all Sécurigaz stainless steel eyewash manifolds. Removable and easy to screw on, these aerators feature a micro-perforated plastic mesh designed to deliver gentle, highly aerated, low-pressure water.
The Bloc 4220 (Ref. SG-Bloc4220) from Sécurigaz is a complete pre-assembled factory unit, specially designed for SG-4220 combination showers. Ready for installation, this monobloc assembly integrates the essential water distribution components: the eyewash feed block, an intermediate connector, a 1/2" valve, and a manual control paddle. The aluminum control paddle (Ref. SG-346A) from Sécurigaz is specially designed for frost-protected safety equipment adapted to high and low temperatures (models SG-4253, SG-39102, and SG-39104). Please note: it is compatible exclusively with the valve reference SG-400. Made of aluminum and coated with a high-resistance polyester resin 250-300 microns thick, it features the safety yellow color RAL 1016 (identical for all Sécurigaz equipment).
The 2-outlet handheld eyewash (Ref. SG-148/2) from Sécurigaz is a safety device for the immediate rinsing of eyes and face in the event of chemical splashes. Designed to be connected to a flexible hose, it is instantly activated by simply pressing its steel trigger. Its double spray head delivers perfectly aerated, gentle water at low pressure, with a regulated flow rate of 22 l/min, while automatically ejecting its protective dust caps. Coated with an acid-resistant, high-visibility yellow polyamide resin, it complies with international standards EN 15154-2, ANSI ISEA Z358.1, and DIN 12899-3.
The Sécurigaz 304 stainless steel eyewash spray manifold (Ref. SG-123A136TI) is designed to provide effective and safe emergency rinsing of the face and eyes. Equipped with removable anti-scale aerators, it distributes an aerated, low-pressure water flow that is very gentle on the face and eyes. Its stainless steel structure has a spacing of 190 mm and features ultra-light, self-ejecting dust caps. This equipment complies with EN 15154 and ANSI/ISEA standards.
The Sécurigaz complete brass eyewash spray manifold (Ref. SG-123A136AC) is coated with an acid-resistant polyamide resin finish (250–300 microns). It features removable anti-scale aerators that deliver a low-pressure, aerated water flow that is very gentle on the eyes. The shower flow rate tester (Ref. SG-5003) is an accessory for testing safety showers. The pair of aerator diffusers (Ref. SG-135) from Sécurigaz screws onto all the brand's eyewash spray headers. Equipped with a limescale-resistant plastic micro-perforated screen, these removable diffusers deliver an extremely gentle and highly aerated low-pressure water stream, specially designed to effectively rinse eyes and delicate facial tissue without risk of causing further ocular injury. Offered in a Safety Yellow RAL 1016 finish, these aerators include a rubber gasket and a plastic nut.
The manual push plate (Ref. SG-146) from Sécurigaz is designed for the brand's safety eyewash stations and combination units. Crafted from high-quality ABS (or aluminum with an anti-corrosion polyester resin coating 250–300 microns thick), it features a Safety Yellow RAL 1016 finish for immediate visual identification. It fits almost all Sécurigaz models (except specific high/low temperature and frost-proof versions).
The control arm for emergency showers (Ref. SG-106) from Sécurigaz easily attaches with a screw above the washer located on the right side of the shower valve. Its mechanism holds the arm in the closed position until manually activated by the user. Made of aluminum with a polyester resin coating (250–300 microns thickness), it features a Safety Yellow RAL 1016 finish for immediate visibility in an emergency. The shower pull rod (Ref. SG-105) from Sécurigaz is an actuating component designed to fit directly onto the control arm (reference SG-106). It ensures quick and intuitive manual activation in an emergency. Made of high-strength galvanized steel, it is coated with an anti-corrosion polyester resin finish (250-300 microns thickness).
